At Grandeur Park, this home is the ultimate bachelor pad with beautifully curated furniture, timbre fluted ceilings and a massive flat-screen TV. The entire place is wired with high-end smart-home systems allowing you to use your voice to switch on the lights, dim them, adjust the air-conditioner or check the weather.

The client’s brief was to transform their existing space into a beautiful entertainment hub with entertaining friends in mind, so we designed the space to have multiple uses including a formal dining room, comfortable space in the living to accommodate up to 5 people. Designed with dark woods and concrete. The design suits both his bachelor lifestyle and entertaining needs.
